On 25 August 2026, the Embassy of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta to the Philippines, in partnership with Caritas Novaliches, launched the Oma Mama: First 1,000 Days Anti-Stunting Program at St. Paul of the Cross Parish and San Roque Parish in Bagong Silang, Caloocan.
